T42 (4L65E/4L70E/4L80E/4L85E) 4 SPEED AUTOMATIC TO MANUAL CONVERSION
Plug and Play means different things to different people and companies. Therefore we felt it was necessary to define what it means to TBMSport. 

"Plug and Play" installation means CONSIDERATION. FIRST consideration is attributed to the applicable vehicle's original components and their attributes; in other words, the various components' locations, functions, and fitments.That means TBMSport parts and connections must fit and seal exactly like the OEM parts.  SECOND consideration is given to the installer and service technician. How can the installation process be as easy as possible and how do you insure that maintenance and diagnostic services cause as little confusion as possible? THIRD consideration is given to the present and future vehicle owners. Quality products have always been a top priority for TBMSport. Therefore, fit, finish, and function must not negatively impact the vehicle's resale value. Therefore, components must always be as easy to return to OEM specifications and condition with the same level of ease that it took to install it.

So you've got your LSX engine and 4 speed automatic wiring harness ready to go, but you decide to go with a manual transmission or your project vehicle is already equipped with a manual transmission setup. Now what? Do you spend countless hours of frustration labeling and re-pinning your harness? Or do you spend thousands of dollars on a new harness or having yours rewired? Don't forget the time to check your connections and/or find a short after installation?

Any GM/SBC Gen III LSx engine can be run by this OEM ECM module. Only Gen IV LSx engines from these vehicles will work with ECM due to 24X/1X sensor ring/sprockets. Specific vehicle components may be necessary. Some custom programming may be necessary.

 
E38 ECM (58x Crankshaft Reluctor Ring/4x Camshaft Sprocket)

Engine Control Module & T42 Harness sources. Standard OEM in the following vehicles:

-'07-11 V8 4.8L/5.3L-Chevrolet Silverado/Tahoe, GMC Sierra/Yukon

-'05-06 6.0L LS2 Pontiac GTO, Chevrolet/Holden Monaro/Commodore
